Students are guided through the Ashtanga Vinyasa series. This practice links breath and posture in a continuous flow, or vinyasa, which helps develop internal heat. It’s a robust style of yoga that enhances stamina, strength, and flexibility.
All levels are welcome! As you attend more classes, you’ll find yourself becoming increasingly familiar with the set sequence of Ashtanga. Variations may be introduced based on the class dynamics.

Do you want to feel rejuvenated and supported? Do you want to relieve back pain? Practice to decompress, create space, and nurture your back and spine. The yoga wall allows you to become more aware of your body alignment and breathe, and develops depth to your poses. A popular specialty class! Try it and you’ll find out why - be sure to register in advance.

Restorative yoga involves holding poses for longer periods of times while being completely supported by props to allow a release of muscular and mental tension. This practice aids in resolving chronic stress, soothes persistent pain, and helps you to hear and listen to the voice of your inner teacher.

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and connect with your body. Each posture is held for an extended period, allowing the fascia and connective tissues to gently stretch and release–perfect for all levels, offering a restorative complement to more dynamic practices, enhancing flexibility, and fostering balance and inner peace.
