We require 7 business days notice to review and process cancellation requests. Requests received less than 7 business days in advance will be processed as soon as possible but without guarantee of matching your requested end date or preventing a scheduled automated payment. Your cancellation is not complete until you have received email confirmation. Cancellations cannot be backdated.
