Decca and Unlimited Memberships

Purchase & lock in at a great value! Month-to-month price is guaranteed for as long as you auto-renew. Activates on first day of class. You will be billed the membership price + gst on the same date each month.

Decca Membership (10 passes): Activates on the first class. Must use within 30 days of purchase or forfeit. Cancel anytime with at least 7 business days' notice before your next scheduled payment.

Unlimited Membership: Activates on the first class. Cancel anytime with at least 7 business days' notice before your next scheduled payment. A credit card on file is required to purchase this membership.

Membership is non transferable and non refundable.

Class Passes

Use toward Yoga Public scheduled classes. Non-refundable.

  • Drop-in (1 pass): Activates upon use. Must use within 90 days of purchase or forfeit.

  • 5 Class Pass: Activates on the first class. Must use within 90 days of purchase or forfeit.

  • 10 Class Pass: Activates on the first class. Must use within 90 days of purchase or forfeit.

Cancellation Policy & Waitlist

Our goal is to ensure every student gets into the classes they want to attend, and we appreciate your cooperation!

Class Pass Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel any class up to 2 hours before the start time with no consequence.

  • If you cancel within 2 hours of the class start time, or you are a No Show (registered but do not attend) you forfeit the class pass.

Membership Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel any class up to 2 hours before the start time with no charge.

  • If you cancel within 2 hours of the class start time, there will be an automatic $10 Late Cancel fee.

  • If you are a No Show (registered but do not attend), there will be an automatic $20 charge.

All classes have a waitlist option. When you cancel out of a full class, the first person on the waitlist will be notified and can either confirm or decline the spot. If they decline, the next person on the list will be notified. This system is designed to maximize class attendance and depends on your timely communication. Thank you for helping us keep it running smoothly!

Liability waiver

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I attest that I have no psychological, medical, or emotional condition preventing safe participation in a Yoga Public class.

2. I understand that injury is possible even with clear instruction and that it is my responsibility to consult a physician regarding my health and ability to participate in the programs offered by Yoga Public.

3. I release and discharge Yoga Public, its affiliates, and their directors, employees, and instructors from all liability, claims, demands, or actions resulting from injury, death, or damages arising from my participation in Yoga Public classes or use of its facilities, services, and amenities, including losses caused by their negligence.

4. I understand that Yoga Public is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

5. I will not record, reproduce, or share any Yoga Public classes.

6. Use of yogapublic.ca and associated websites is subject to Yoga Public's privacy policy and terms of use at yogarepublic.ca/privacy-policy.

I freely accept and assume all risks, dangers, and hazards, including the possibility of personal injury, death, or property damage or loss.

I confirm that:

1. I am above the legal age of majority in my province or territory of residence (18 or older in MB), or;

2. I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-named minor (18 or younger in MB) and consent to the terms and conditions above. I fully indemnify Yoga Public and its affiliates from any claim, action, liability, settlement, judgment, loss, or damage, including legal fees, resulting from any death, injury, or damage caused by the minor's participation in classes at Yoga Public.

I have read this agreement, fully understand its contents, and sign it of my free will.
