  • Hilde Gonzalez

Hilde Gonzalez was born in Mexico. Hilde began to dance at the age of 4 and her love and passion for dance helped her become a professional dancer as an adult. Hilde then worked as a choreographer for some of the largest brands and TV Channels in Mexico. Love was what brought Hilde to Winnipeg in 2008 and when she took her first Hot Yoga Class, she never looked back. Hilde fell in love with the practice, the union of movement and stillness, breath, meditation, and heat! So she decided to follow the path of yoga and became a Hatha Yoga instructor under the guidance of Master Tony Sanchez (Master and teacher of the 84 Asanas Bishnu Gosh lineage). Hilde thinks it is best to teach from experience and from the heart, to practice every day; asana, pranayama, meditation, and right thinking. She loves to be a mom and family is her happiness in life. Her classes are full of energy and fun, she is always helpful and tries to teach each and every student the proper technique so that they can feel the full benefits of their yoga journey. Hilde welcomes everyone to her classes and hopes that you come out of class with a smile on your face.

  • Leah Perron

    Yoga Instructor

I was introduced to yoga at the young age of 17. What began as an activity to aid with injuries from competitive sports; soon evolved into a passion and way of life. I quickly discovered the benefits of yoga went far beyond the physical aspects and learned as a practitioner and teacher that yoga offers space for healing, personal growth and creates a container for insight and conscious living.

Léah’s classes are dynamic and inspiring with a healthy balance of movement, pranayama and mindfulness techniques to awaken and expand the mind and body through a holistic framework. Leah encourages students to stay curious and open hearted.

Léah embarked on her first 200 hour teacher training in 2016 and continued to follow a path of lifelong learning from there. Trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Trauma Informed Yoga; Leah has trained both at home at home in the prairies and overseas.
