Radical Self-Love 

Asia Bilsky

Applying the concept of Radical Acceptance to the practice of Self-Love

Uplifting ourselves with: 

  • Compassion

  • Respect

  • Acceptance

This is a 60 minute group breathwork practice using the 3-part breath. The workshop will consist of a brief introduction and conversation, followed by active breathing, guided meditation, and an opportunity to journal, reflect, and discuss. 

Radical Acceptance allows us to let go of resistance and accept things as they are, with an attitude of compassion and non-judgement. We can apply these principles to our relationship with self. In this workshop, we will show up for and meet ourselves exactly where we are, offering ourselves support, kindness, and empathy for the parts of ourselves that are easy to love and the parts that are trickier to appreciate. This practice is designed to leave you feeling connected to yourself and appreciative of the unique and irreplaceable human that you are. 

About your facilitator: Asia has been teaching breathwork in community mental health programming for over 2 years. She is trauma-informed and certified through the Integrative Healing Academy. Asia has witnessed and received immense benefits through breathwork and is passionate about sharing this powerful and accessible practice with the community.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a direct and quick path to feeling the joy that is the real you

In Kundalini Yoga sessions, we celebrate together by chanting mantras, using hand positions called mudras, breathing with pranayama techniques, and holding asanas with our eyes closed to focus on the ajna chakra. 

These classes will be 90 minutes and will features many different yogic techniques. The best way to see what Kundalini is all about is to try it out! Space is limited.
